Are furnished apartments available?

Furnished apartments are not offered, however the leasing office can connect residents with trusted vendors who can assist with furnishing options and setup.

How does package delivery work?

Parcel Pending Lockers are available 24/7 for secure and convenient package pickup. Oversized packages are safely stored in a designated package storage area for added security and easy retrieval.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, all apartments have in-unit full-size washers and dryers.

What amenities are available in the community?

Resort-inspired pool, pickleball court, multi-level fitness center, coworking spaces, reservable private work study rooms and executive conference room, sky lounge, rentable storages, cold-plunges, Trinity Metro Bikes, bike storage, and Tesla compatible EV charging.

How much notice is required before moving out?

Submit a 60-day written notice to the leasing office. You will receive final move-out instructions and balance information.

What happens if I need to break my lease?

Contact the leasing office to review options, which may include early termination fees.

Are there any restrictions on decorating or modifying the apartment?

You may decorate freely. For modifications, seek approval first. Any damages are deducted from your security deposit.

Are there services to help with the move-in process?

Freight elevators and some moving dollies are available. Coordinate with the leasing office.

Are there move-in or application fees?

Yes, an application fee is required. Contact the leasing office for current fee information and promotions.

Does The Vickery offer affordable housing options?

The Vickery does not currently participate in an affordable housing program. Our community was designed to align with your budget and lifestyle. Contact our team today to find the right home for you.

How do I renew my lease?

You will receive a renewal notice 90 days before lease expiration. To renew, email us at least 60 days before your lease ends.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, all applicants must be on a renter’s insurance policy. Contact the leasing team for more details.

Can I sublease my apartment?

Subleasing is not allowed to maintain a secure and comfortable community.

What is the lease term for the apartments?

Flexible lease options are available, typically ranging from 13 to 18 months. Contact us for availability.

What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?

Income should be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent. Explore apartments with the features you want at a price that works for you on our Floor Plans page.

What documents are required?

A valid ID and proof of income are required to verify eligibility and ensure a smooth leasing process.

How do I apply for an apartment?

Once you find your desired floorplan on our website, submit an application via our online portal or contact the leasing office for assistance.

Where is The Vickery located and what transportation options are nearby?

Near Southside, steps from Downtown Fort Worth. Easy access to restaurants, entertainment, cultural attractions, and green spaces.
Biking: Dedicated bike paths connect to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.
Walking: Many shops, restaurants, and parks are within walking distance.
Driving: Minutes from Sundance Square, Bass Performance Hall, Fort Worth Convention Center; major highnearby.
Public Transit: Close to Trinity Metro bus routes and commuter rail lines.

Are there quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

NGBS certification ensures your home is built to higher standards for indoor air quality, temperature consistency, and energy efficiency—leading to a more comfortable home and potential utility savings.

What does it mean that this community is NGBS Certified?

It means our building meets the National Green Building Standard for healthier air quality, improved energy efficiency, noise reduction, and long-term comfort. Renters enjoy a cleaner, quieter, more efficient home.

Are there any other monthly fees?

A monthly amenity fee covers pest control, package management, trash, and internet services. Contact the leasing office for details.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent can be paid through BILT in the resident portal via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Which Wi-Fi providers can I use?

Internet is provided by Elauwit and is included in the Amenity Fee Package.

Are utilities included in the rent?

No, utilities are billed separately, through our provider Conservice. Contact us for more details.

How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?

Security deposits vary: $200 (studio/one-bedroom), $300 (two-bedroom), $500 (three-bedroom), due at application.

How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?

Non-emergencies: 1–2 business days. Emergencies: immediate attention.

How do I submit maintenance requests?

Requests can be submitted via the resident app. For emergencies, call our 24/7 maintenance line.

Are there EV charging stations?

Yes, EV charging stations (Tesla Compatible) are available in the garage for residents.

Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?

Guests must park in designated areas and register their vehicle. Policies may change in the future.

Is parking available? Are there fees?

Yes, gated garage parking is available for residents. Guests must park in designated spots and register their vehicle.

What onsite amenities accommodate pets?

Two fenced-in dog parks are available onsite, along with a pet spa.

Is there a pet deposit or monthly fee?

Yes, the deposit and monthly fee depend on the type and number of pets. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and monthly pet rent per pet. Contact the leasing office for details.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. Some breed restrictions apply.

How do I tour an apartment and check out the community?

Book an in-person tour directly on our website or contact the leasing office. Don’t forget to bring your ID. For virtual tours, visit our website, or contact us for a personalized video tour of specific units.
